What they need
The Project Finance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the financialplanning, budgeting, project cash flow management, project profitability analysis,investment evaluation, and financial performance monitoring of the Company's real estatedevelopment projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, financial planning, project finance, investment analysis, budgeting, or financial management.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Experience in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries is highly preferred.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
