Finance Manager

About the role

Lead the Finance function, ensuring strong financial reporting, planning, analysis, controls, and compliance in alignment with the Company's strategic objectives. Partner closely with the business and heads of departments to drive cost optimization, budgeting, financial performance, and business decision-making. Oversee plant finance, taxation, customs, and internal controls, including support for statutory and internal audits. Drive finance transformation and ERP automation to improve efficiency, transparency, and financial analytics. Develop and strengthen the Finance team while supporting the Company's continued growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Finance function, ensuring strong financial reporting, planning, analysis, controls, and compliance in alignment with the Company's strategic objectives
• Partner closely with the business and HODs to drive cost optimization, budgeting, financial performance, and business decision-making
• Oversee plant finance, taxation, customs, and internal controls, including support for statutory and internal audits
• Drive finance transformation and ERP automation to improve efficiency, transparency, and financial analytics
• Develop and strengthen the Finance team while supporting the Company's continued growth and operational excellence

About you

• Minimum 10 years of finance operations experience in manufacture or industry
• Strong experience in the manufacturing industry including cost accounting, plant finance and financial planning and analysis
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• Hands-on experience and familiarity with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of taxation and custom-related finance matters (bonded warehouse)
• Demonstrated leadership and proven ability to manage finance functions and team members
• Good spoken and written English in addition to strong communication skills
• Strong and hands-on Excel and PowerPoint skills
