Finance Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, budgeting, and compliance with financial and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Ensure timely payment of expenses, taxes, and statutory obligations.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government agencies.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Supervise and support accounting and finance staff.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
