Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping.
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including ledger maintenance and book closing.
• Ensure accurate financial records and documentation.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing.
• Taxation & Compliance.
• Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations.
• Manage TDS, Direct Tax, and Advance Tax compliance.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory requirements.
• Reconciliation & Financial Control.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile e-commerce platforms, vendors, and customer accounts.
• Maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports, including:
• Profit & Loss statements.
• Cash Flow statements.
• Budget vs Actual analysis.
• Provide insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Audit & Process Improvement.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
• Develop and implement finance SOPs and process improvements.
• Strengthen the company’s financial governance framework.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally and accounting systems.
• Experience in reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
