Finance Manager

The F&I Producer at Bill Alexander Mazda Mitsubishi in Yuma, AZ is responsible for managing the Finance and Insurance processes at the dealership. This role involves presenting and selling F&I products, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and maximizing profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

## **Responsibilities**

- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding F&I products and processes.
- Work closely with sales staff to facilitate smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for vehicle financing and insurance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability through effective product offerings and customer education.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&I activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and changes in regulations.

## **Requirements**

- Experience in finance and insurance roles within the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with dealership management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid state license or ability to obtain one for selling insurance products is preferred or required.
