Finance Manager

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor company cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Review supplier invoices, payments, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Monitor project-wise profitability, costs, and financial performance.
• Prepare project statements of accounts and support management with financial analysis.
• Manage bank accounts, bank reconciliations, and cash transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other external parties.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review payroll-related financial transactions and coordinate with HR.
• Monitor financial risks and implement appropriate internal controls.
• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions.
• Support management in contract reviews, commercial negotiations, and financial planning.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT ,Corporate Tax and E-Invoicing requirements.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in project-based or contracting companies is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in ELV, systems integration, or project-based companies will be an added advantage.
