A fast-growing international performance marketing business is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day financial operations from its Isle of Man office.

The business operates across multiple international markets, specialising in performance-based digital marketing within highly regulated sectors including online gambling and sports betting.

This is a hands-on finance role with responsibility across accounting, reporting, cash flow, collections and financial controls, alongside management of a small team.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the company's core finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and effective day-to-day financial management.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full accounting function, including AP, AR, billing, general ledger and revenue recognition
• Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting
• Managing cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
• Overseeing collections and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
• Managing relationships with banks and financial service providers
• Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors and corporate service providers
• Maintaining appropriate internal controls and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Managing and supporting the finance team
• Overseeing financial systems and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting
• Providing financial insight to support wider business decision-making

What they're looking for

You'll ideally be a qualified accountant with strong commercial awareness and experience operating in a fast-paced international business.

The key requirements are:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
• 2–3+ years' experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax
• Experience across AP, AR, billing, cash flow and financial controls
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks
• Experience managing or mentoring a finance team
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience within digital marketing, media, iGaming or another high-growth international business would be advantageous#
