Finance Manager

SCOPE OF WORKS:

·Manages Account Payable, includes vendors and sub-contractors relation, keeping track of all invoices, claims and payments etc ensures accuracy and timeliness;

·Manages, supervises and liaises with banks for all banking matters includes processing applications, monitoring transactions and repayments, and preparing and updating the related reports and periodic reconciliation;

·Manages and supervises cash flow includes preparing/ updating status report and projection;

·Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines;

· Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements;

· Provides accounting assistance to project and operation staff; and responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs;

· Continuously explore and identify areas towards developing and improving the Department’s efficiency and effectiveness;

· Ensures all transactions documentations are properly recorded, filed and maintained; and

· Additional duties as directed by the superior.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

1. Academic Qualification : Minimum Degree in Finance or any related field.

2. Technical Knowledge : Well versed in banking procedures and ability to use common IT applications

3. Job Experience : 5 years’ experience in treasury/ AP operation

4. Specific Skills : Good planning and problem-solving skills to balance and prioritize work

5. Other :

-Good organisational and communication skills.

-Aptitude for working with computer system.

-Good interpersonal skill.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• AP operation: 5 years (Required)
