Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the finance and accounting functions of our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, statutory compliance, working capital management, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, overheads, and cost variances.
• Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Manage working capital, receivables, payables, inventory, and cash flow.
• Ensure accurate accounting of manufacturing expenses and inventory.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
• Monitor actuals against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking and finance-related activities.
• Review and improve internal financial controls and processes.
• Work closely with Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Operations teams to monitor financial performance.
• Provide management with financial insights related to profitability, cost control, and business performance.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
