FINANCE MANAGER

About the role

Manage the company's overall finance and accounting operations, including preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial reports, cash flow monitoring, budget preparation, and oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's overall finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, payments and collections
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial analysis
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor company expenses, costs and financial controls
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks and relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and statutory requirements
• Lead and supervise the Finance/Accounts team

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Experience in a Finance Manager / Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager role
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounts, financial reporting and taxation
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of SQL/AutoCount/ERP/accounting software is an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry is an advantage
