FINANCE MANAGER

Finance Manager — Job Scope

Salary: RM6,000 – RM10,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's overall finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, payments and collections.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Monitor company expenses, costs and financial controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and statutory requirements.
• Review payroll-related financial matters and statutory payments where required.
• Lead and supervise the Finance/Accounts team.
• Provide financial reports and recommendations to management for business decisions.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate internal controls.
• Support management in cost reduction, profitability analysis and business planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in a Finance Manager / Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounts, financial reporting and taxation.
• Good knowledge of SQL/AutoCount/ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry is an advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
