Finance Manager

Job Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and providing management with financial insights to support business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other key financial indicators.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop financial forecasts and support long-term financial planning.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and investigate significant variances.
• Work with department heads to develop realistic budgets and financial plans.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis for business initiatives and investment decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• At least 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, with experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audit processes, and internal controls.
• Experience managing and developing a Finance/Accounting team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
