Finance Manager

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5+ yrs

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter / CMA preferred).
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in core accounting and financial operations.
• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP Software

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
