Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee our daily financial operations, manage accounts, and handle company bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client invoicing, financial reporting, and administrative tasks related to company finances.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Management: Oversee and maintain day-to-day accounts and ledger entries.
• Financial Administration: Handle daily finance operations and coordinate finance-related admin tasks.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate, issue, and track client invoices to ensure timely collection.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date, accurate company books and financial records.
• Reporting: Monitor financial health and prepare regular status updates for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day business accounting and financial principles.
• Proficiency in handling invoices, ledgers, and financial software/Excel.
• High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for administrative and client coordination.
