What they need

About Us

The TICAA Group is an established and growing Western Australian hospitality group comprising multiple businesses and venues across Perth. Its portfolio spans cafés, restaurants, functions, catering and specialty coffee operations.

As the Group continues to grow and pursue new business opportunities, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial and accounting functions and provide high-level financial reporting and commercial support across the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the Group’s financial functions and work closely with the Directors, venue managers, operational teams and finance support staff to strengthen financial control, improve business performance and support informed management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group’s finance function, ensuring that financial planning, reporting and controls effectively support its operations and future growth.
  • Develop, implement and review financial strategies, policies, plans and internal controls.
  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash-flow planning and long-term profit forecasting.
  • Direct the preparation of financial statements, management reports and financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial information and interpret its implications for business performance and funding requirements.
  • Coordinate the development and improvement of accounting and financial reporting systems.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and recommend appropriate corrective action.
  • Assess capital expenditure proposals and the financial viability of operational projects and business opportunities.
  • Advise the Directors on investment strategies, funding options and business expansion decisions.
  • Work closely with Directors to improve financial performance and ensure compliance with applicable financial legislation and accounting standards.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Financial Management or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of relevant experience at a senior level in financial management, commercial finance or financial analysis.
  • Experience gained within a large, multi-site or operationally complex organisation, preferably in the food and beverage, hospitality, retail or franchise sector.
  • Demonstrated capability across financial management, budgeting, cash-flow planning, financial reporting, internal controls and commercial decision-making.
  • Effective leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with directors.
  • A commercially minded and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.

What We Offer

  • A permanent, full-time senior position within an established and growing WA hospitality business.
  • Direct involvement with the Directors in financial planning, investment evaluation and business expansion decisions.
  • A high level of autonomy to strengthen financial systems, improve reporting processes and shape the future development of the finance function.
  • Broad commercial exposure across hospitality operations, capital projects and new business opportunities.
  • The opportunity to make a visible contribution to business performance, operational improvement and long-term growth.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant qualifications, financial management experience and suitability for the position.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
