Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s overall finance and accounting operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, cash management, revenue assurance, taxation, financial reporting, and internal controls.

The role will also support PPP, NCAP, government, and other strategic projects through financial modeling, project cost monitoring, profitability analysis, and funding assessment. The Finance Manager will provide timely financial insights and recommendations to management while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Finance and Accounting operations.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

• Monitor revenue, billing, collections, and financial controls.

• Oversee tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop financial models and analyze project financial performance.

• Monitor project costs, CAPEX, and budgets.

• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA is strongly preferred.

• 7–10 years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, cash flow, and financial analysis.

• Knowledge of Philippine accounting and taxation requirements.

• Experience in project-based, infrastructure, technology, government, or PPP projects is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
