Finance Manager

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)

· At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar managerial/supervisory role.

· Experience in FMCG, food distribution, trading, logistics, or a similar industry is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

· Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial planning.

· Good understanding of Philippine tax, financial, and corporate compliance requirements.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and financial reporting tools.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.

· Leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business growth and expansion.

· Analyze profitability, costs, pricing, business performance, and financial trends; provide actionable recommendations to management.

· Identify financial and operational risks, monitor compliance, and strengthen internal financial controls.

· Prepare financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations for decision-making.

· Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Sales, Operations, and Purchasing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

· Lead and mentor the finance team in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
