Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Simon, responsible for overseeing the financial operations. This role manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers and bank accounts
• Review expense patterns and analyze margins
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors and support tax filings
• Partner with store and operations leadership to align financial plans with business goals
• Lead and mentor finance staff
• Implement process improvements and maintain strong internal controls

About you

• CPA is required
• 2–5 years of managerial experience
• Strong financial planning and management skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly Pivot Tables
• Experience with accounting systems
• Good understanding of both SaVy and Manual accounting systems
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
• Ability to organize and manage the Finance Department effectively
