Finance Manager

SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support accounting and financial operations. This position will be responsible for key accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, chargebacks, customer fees, rebates, inventory accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow, and month/quarter/year-end close activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage accounting operations related to A/R, A/P, chargebacks, customer fees, rebates, and inventory accounting
• Run daily and monthly reports to support submission tracking, validation, and data reconciliation across iContract, SAP, and 3PL systems
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions by following established SOPs and processes
• Support general ledger functions and month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes
• Manage cash flow and payments
• Perform other related finance and accounting responsibilities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience within the U.S. pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of Gross-to-Net (GTN)
• Strong SAP experience, including knowledge of SAP ERP
• Strong knowledge of finance systems and processes
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred, but not required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel less than 10%
