Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the complete Accounts & Finance function.
• Ensure timely finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and schedules.
• Oversee GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, assessments, and audits.
• Handle Income Tax compliance, including Company Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, tax planning, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ROC filings and other requirements under the Companies Act.
• Coordinate and manage statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and liaison with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Monitor internal financial controls, accounting policies, and process improvements.
• Guide and mentor the Accounts team while ensuring timely closure of books.
• Support management in strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

Qualification

• MBA (Finance) / CA /Inter/ CMA/Inter
• Additional knowledge of corporate taxation and statutory compliance will be an advantage.

Experience

• 10-20 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
