FINANCE MANAGER

• About the role

Oversee and manage the entire activities of the Finance and Accounts Division. Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and financial strategies to achieve the Company's strategy, growth, and profit objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies relevant to your position within the Company to contribute towards achieving the Company's targets and goals
• Oversee operations of the finance department and manage the preparation of the company's budget
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to business plans
• Develop trends and projections for the company's finances
• Provide advisory role when any new accounting treatment, especially from new accounting standards
• Liaison with business units' finance and external parties to ensure timely and quality preparations of Group Financial Statements and Board Reports
• Co-ordinate and run the month-end process
• Manage junior staff workflow and produce a full set of accounts
• Put together management reporting pack and report figures up to the Managing Director

About you

• At least 10 years' experience in finance and accounts
• Experience in management will be advantageous
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
• The ability to work under pressure
• Advanced level of leadership skills, interpersonal, communication, analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving
• Strong financial knowledge and ability to do budgeting and financial management
• Strong people management skills
