Finance Manager

**Responsibilities

🔹Direct monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial statement preparation.

🔹 Assist the Finance Director in preparing operating and capital budgets, and provide financial data and analysis to department heads for planning and forecasting.

🔹 Improve accounting processes, optimize accounting systems, and implement workflow automation to ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting.

🔹 Lead the accounting team by delegating work, setting goals, providing technical guidance, and conducting performance reviews.

🔹 Help build budgetary frameworks, create accounting manuals, and support special projects assigned by management.** **Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

🔹 At least 7 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

🔹 Experience in real estate development.

🔹 Fluent in English.**
