Finance Manager

We’re partnering with a growing group company in the healthcare services sector to find an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to take ownership of its finance and accounting function in Thailand.

In this role, you’ll focus on building and improving finance processes, strengthening internal controls, ensuring tax and compliance standards are met, and delivering meaningful financial insights to support business growth. You’ll also lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team while working closely with management on key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations and reporting.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reports and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Oversee tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely submission of relevant tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial risks.
• Lead, develop, and support the Finance & Accounting team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with solid experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and internal controls.
• Proven experience in implementing or improving accounting systems, processes, and controls.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing external audits and coordinating with auditors and relevant authorities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Experience in healthcare, services, beauty, retail, hospitality, or other consumer-focused businesses is preferred.
• Experience working with an international HQ is an advantage.
