Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, including cash flow and banking activities.
• Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash flow and treasury reports for management.
• Manage banking transactions, fund transfers, payment processes and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, cash analysis and variance reports.
• Liaise with banks and regional offices on banking and financial matters.
• Support banking facilities, loan documentation, loan drawdowns and financing arrangements.
• Provide support and guidance on FX-related matters and financial transactions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors and other external stakeholders.
• Support monthly and year-end closing, financial reporting and budgeting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls and relevant regulations.
• Support finance and treasury process improvements, including H2H (Host-to-Host) banking integration.
• Support ERP system optimisation and improve finance processes and workflows.
• Work closely with regional operations, including Malaysia and Thailand, on finance and banking matters.
• Handle other finance projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking or related discipline.

• 5+ years of relevant accounting / finance experience preferred.

• Strong experience in accounting operations, financial reporting and cash flow management.

• Practical knowledge of banking operations and corporate finance.

• Exposure to treasury, FX, banking facilities or financing arrangements will be an advantage.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar.

• Strong Excel skills and good analytical ability.

• Good understanding of financial controls, compliance and reporting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Independent, organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
