Finance Manager

Manage day to day finance and accounting operations. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and budget variances. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month end closing. Work closely with Operations, F&B, Procurement, HR, and senior management on financial and cost control matters. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, UAE VAT, internal controls, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory and financial reporting requirements. Lead and support the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of finance and accounting experience, with strong hospitality or hotel experience. Experience in hotel, restaurant group, or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
