We’re expanding our Finance team and looking to connect with experienced Finance Managers and Senior Finance Managers who are ready to take ownership of finance operations, strengthen financial performance and partner with the business.

📍 The level and scope of the role will be aligned with your experience, with opportunities ranging from Finance Manager to Senior Finance Manager .

💼 What You’ll Be Responsible For Depending on the role and level, you will have exposure to:

Financial Reporting & Control

• Lead and oversee monthly and annual financial closing activities
• Review financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations and management reports
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial information
• Strengthen internal controls, finance policies and processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements and company policies

FP&A & Business Performance

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
• Analyse financial performance, key business drivers and variances
• Translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Partner with business and country leaders to support commercial and strategic decisions
• Work closely with Group Finance / Group FP&A to align reporting and performance management

Regulatory, Tax & Audit

• Manage statutory reporting and compliance requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations
• For Singapore-focused roles, strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and IFRS will be important

Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities within existing finance processes
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of reporting, controls and SOPs
• Support finance transformation, process migration and system implementation initiatives where required
• Improve the quality, efficiency and reliability of finance operations

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, coach and develop finance team members
• Work collaboratively with regional and Group Finance teams
• Build strong relationships with business and functional stakeholders
• Provide constructive challenge and finance insights to support better decision-making

You may be a good fit if you have:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

✔ Professional accounting qualification CPA, CMA, ACCA, MIA or equivalent is an advantage.

✔ Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.

✔ Strong experience in financial reporting, closing, budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis

✔ Experience managing multiple entities / Singapore finance operations is an advantage.

✔ Strong understanding of IFRS and statutory requirements.

✔ Experience in FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance is highly valued.

✔ Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems is an advantage.

✔ Experience with SSC, finance transformation or process migration is a plus.

✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

✔ Proactive, analytical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
