What they need
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Payable, including invoicing and collections.
- Handle client/vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and support payroll and statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage subscription billing, renewals, and related reconciliations.
- Improve finance processes and standardise workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on finance/accounts experience.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Good communication and client/vendor management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple billing activities.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other cloud accounting tools is preferred.
- Experience in digital advertising, AdTech, media, SaaS, or startups is a plu
