Finance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Manager is responsible for providing value creation insights and robust business analysis and control to the company (HMDC). This role develops, consolidates, and communicates the company's financial plan, including the 3-year Financial Plan, annual budget, and monthly rolling forecast. The primary goal is to support management's strategic decisions, ensure the achievement of corporate financial objectives, and align financial performance with the Operational Road Map targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial Planning and Analysis: Perform, review, and consolidate the 3-year financial plan, annual budget, and monthly rolling forecast.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the monthly financial results and cost performance of the company, and propose measures to improve alignment with operational targets.

Business Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and interpret monthly performance results, providing value-added commentary and business analysis to support management decisions.

Project and Investment Control: Prepare investment analysis and appraisals for strategic projects and manage the CAPEX controlling process to ensure proper approvals, documentation, and progress monitoring.

Compliance and Advisory: Ensure the company is fully compliant with Accounting and Reporting Principles. Act as a financial expert to advise other managers on finance-related matters such as business analysis and accounting.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Organize and execute a systematic cross-functional process to ensure the financial planning process is timely and reasonable.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or controlling, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and investment appraisal.
• High ethical and integrity standards, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.
