Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the organization’s financial operations, accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payment processing.
• Monitor student fee collections and outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses against approved budgets.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Review invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.
• Monitor branch-wise financial transactions and reconciliation.
• Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.
• Monitor internal financial controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Experience in handling complete accounts and financial operations is preferred.
