Job Description – Finance & Controllership

Designation: Finance Manager / Manager – GL & R2R
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 3–4 years post-qualification
CTC: Up to 20 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Handle R2R accounting and end-to-end month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals and adjustments.
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and resolve open items.
• Support P&L analysis, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS and accounting policies.
• Manage controllership activities and maintain strong internal controls.
• Support SOX / ICFR compliance and process documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Candidate Criteria

• Qualified CA.
• 3–4 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• E-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Notice period should be less than 90 days.
