Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent, detail-oriented, and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the financial and accounting operations of our growing construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, project costing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance while ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's overall finance, accounting, and treasury operations.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow requirements.
• Monitor construction project costs, budgets, expenditures, and profitability.
• Supervise project progress billing, collections, accounts payable, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, taxation requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
• Establish and implement effective financial controls, cost management strategies, and risk mitigation measures.
• Lead the Finance and Accounting team and provide strategic financial recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction project costing, progress billing, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Solid understanding of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
