Finance Manager

About the role

Manage the company's accounting and finance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, income, expenses, and financial performance
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to management
• Ensure accurate and timely accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Oversee payroll, tax, audits, and other statutory financial requirements
• Maintain proper financial records and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant laws
• Work with auditors, banks, tax agents, and other external parties
• Identify financial risks and recommend ways to reduce costs or improve profitability

About you

• 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with some experience in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA membership
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and financial analysis
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
