Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and tax payments;
• Monitor bank transactions and cashflow;
• Prepare management accounts, forecasts and financial returns pursuant to FRR rules;
• Coordinate annual audit process, manage tax filings;
• Develop and implement internal HR & Admin policies;
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with preference for those being a member of HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA or equivalent, experience in licensed corporation is an advantage;
• Pro-active, well-organized, pleasant with outgoing personality and capable of managing multi-tasks and prioritizing work efficiently and effectively;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial accounting or in professional firms preferably in financial services field;
• Experience with MYOB or other accounting software;
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skill, proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Proficiency in IT skills.
