Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance with 10+ years of experience to lead our Finance & Accounts function and play a key role in driving financial strategy and business growth.

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

* Drive P&L management, cash-flow planning, working-capital management, and profitability improvement

* Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives and provide actionable insights to senior management

* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness

* Manage taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements

* Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk-management processes

* Partner with business and operational teams on commercial decisions, investments, pricing, and cost optimization

* Lead financial analysis, MIS, budgeting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews

* Drive finance process improvements, automation, and ERP initiatives

* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

Candidate Profile

10+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts

MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred

Strong experience in FP&A, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and business finance

Strong commercial and analytical mindset with excellent decision-making skills

Experience managing finance teams and working closely with senior leadership

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory compliance

Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills
