Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business discipline
• Minimum of 5-8 years progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role is required for this position
• Experience in a retail, food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or multi-branch business is highly preferred
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, cash-flow management, taxation, and internal controls
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, and statutory compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives
• High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-product, multi-outlet food business environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take full leadership of the entire Accounting and Audit team
• Willing to work in (Villamonte) Bacolod City and coordinate with various Merzci business units
