Finance Manager

Job Summary

Oversee and manage comprehensive accounting functions, delivering accurate financial reports and analyses to drive strategic business decisions and enhance financial processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the full set of accounts management and execute month-end closing to ensure timely financial closure

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy to support business transparency and compliance

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align financial goals with business strategy

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance to inform and support effective business decisions

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements to maintain regulatory compliance

Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties to facilitate smooth financial operations

Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to management to support strategic planning and business growth

Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency to optimize operations

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in managing a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
