Ken Ganley Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team at Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Norwalk.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in automotive finance and insurance operations. This role is responsible for securing financing options for customers, presenting protection products, ensuring compliance, and maximizing dealership profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing automotive financing and leasing options
• Present and explain F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and protection packages
• Work directly with lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing terms
• Ensure all deals are structured accurately and funded efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize deal performance
• Deliver a professional and transparent customer experience throughout the delivery process
• Maintain strong lender and vendor relationships
• Achieve monthly finance, product penetration, and profitability goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred
• Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and lender programs
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
