Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel's daily finance and accounting operations
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard company assets
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and other financial partners
• Lead and develop the Finance team
• Provide management with financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Partner with other departments to improve cost management and operational efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA is an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/financial systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality
