Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, receivables, and payables.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Review expenses and ensure proper financial controls and approvals.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, Audit.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
• Monitor outstanding customer payments and coordinate for timely collections.
• Review vendor payments and ensure payments are processed on time.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
• Identify areas for cost control and savings.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle financial queries from management, employees, customers, and vendors.
• Review the teams work and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support management with financial planning and decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
• Above 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & Tax compliance.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit.
• Experience in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
