Finance Manager

As Food Revo continues to grow, we are expanding our finance team. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can independently and accurately oversee financial processes, contribute to financial planning and controlling, manage deadlines, and ensure that the financial information needed for management decisions is available on time.

In this role, you will work closely with the owners and finance leadership, our Finance Assistant, and our external accounting partner.

What will you be responsible for?

• Participate in annual financial and tax planning, including budget preparation and monitoring.
• Contribute to short- and medium-term financial planning and prepare the data required for cash flow forecasting.
• Perform financial controlling activities, including budget vs. actual analysis, financial reporting, and preparation of management reports.
• Monitor the financial performance, revenues, and costs of business units, projects, and locations.
• Contribute to profitability and contribution margin calculations, as well as financial analyses supporting business decisions.
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day financial operations and deadlines.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Supervise incoming and outgoing invoice processes and ensure that all necessary financial documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Collaborate with our external accounting partner, ensuring the timely and accurate transfer of required documents and information, as well as consistency between financial and accounting records.
• Coordinate the work of the Finance Assistant.
• Contribute to improving financial processes and internal controls, including identifying opportunities for automation and digitalisation.
• Proactively identify and communicate discrepancies, financial risks, and matters requiring management decisions.

• Have relevant experience in finance, financial controlling, or financial management.
• Are detail-oriented, highly organised, and consistent in your work.
• Are confident working with financial data, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Take ownership of processes, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
• Don't just flag missing information or unresolved issues — you take initiative, follow up, and see things through to completion.
• Can effectively manage and coordinate multiple processes simultaneously.
• Work independently while recognising when management input or decisions are required.
• Have advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
