Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting processes, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage daily finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and cash flow.

*Prepare and monitor monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

*Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and provide financial analysis to management.

Ensure timely BIR, SEC, and other government financial and tax compliance.

*Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

*Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.

*Supervise and provide guidance to the *Finance/Accounting team.

*Provide management with financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.

Qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

*At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.

*CPA is an advantage but not required.

*Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting and taxation.

*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

*Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

*High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
