Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Perform detailed Balance Sheet analysis, reconciliations, and month-end closures.
- Manage costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing finance activities.
- Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory.
- Drive financial controls and process improvements.
- Partner with operations to identify cost-saving and profitability improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Experience
- Strong Balance Sheet review and analysis.
- Manufacturing industry background.
- Financial reporting and month-end closure.
- Costing and inventory accounting.
- Audit and compliance management
