Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills, analytical abilities, and experience in managing finance and accounts operations, preferably in the automobile or dealership industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
• Manage financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and fund management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and external consultants.
• Monitor working capital, financial risks, and operational expenses.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA in Finance, M.Com, or CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, including team management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
