Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The role is responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and providing financial insights to support business decisions and the company’s overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, cash flow projections, and financial analyses.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with Management and department heads.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenditures, and financial performance to support operational requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing, statutory contributions, tax payments, and other financial obligations in coordination with HR and relevant personnel.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns, financial reports, and regulatory requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, corporate billing, collections, and supplier payments.
• Review purchasing transactions, expense claims, reimbursements, and supporting documents for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government agencies, and other financial institutions as necessary.
• Lead, supervise, and develop finance and accounting personnel to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial recommendations and insights to Management to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Maintain the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of financial records and company information.
• Perform other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation, statutory contributions, government reporting requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
• Experience in financial controls, audit coordination, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll oversight.
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet reporting deadlines, and work collaboratively with different departments.
