Immediate Opening Finance Manager | SAP B1 HANA Experience

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with expertise in SAP B1 HANA, financial reporting, taxation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Develop,coordinate, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations; manage banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing, and collections.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance/accounting team.
• Partner with department heads to improve profitability, control costs, and optimize resources.
• Evaluate and improve financial systems, ERP tools, and reporting processes.
• Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, M&A, pricing, and capital planning as needed.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP B1 HANA experience
• Experience managing a team of 5+ members
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial statements
• Experience handling accounts of a 100 Cr+ revenue organization
