Finance Manager

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and processes aligned with company objectives and business requirements.
• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to support business decisions and optimize financial resources.
• Provide management with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and identify significant variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with applicable PFRS/IFRS and company accounting policies

Accounting, Tax, Compliance & Internal Controls:

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with BIR, SEC, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and manage BIR examinations, tax assessments, and other government audits, including coordination with external advisors and relevant internal stakeholders.

• Review tax computations, statutory filings, tax reconciliations, and other regulatory submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including preparation of audit requirements, resolution of audit findings, and implementation of agreed recommendations.

• Establish, review, and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize financial and operational risks.

• Monitor compliance with company policies, approval authorities, and established financial controls.

• Identify financial, accounting, tax, and operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting and financial records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

Job Requisition:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, budgeting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, PFRS/IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, financial planning, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems, including Navision posting setup and financial processes
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
