Finance Manager

A MNC with worldwide presence and a leader of the industry is looking for a qualified candidates for the position of Finance Manager to be based at the manufacturing plant in Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Finance & Accounts operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly closing, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Manage manufacturing costing, inventory costing and variance analysis.
• Monitor production costs, wastage, overheads and profitability.
• Manage AP, AR, inventory and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and tax matters.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for Management.
• Lead and supervise the Finance team.

Requirements

1.    Possess a professional accounting qualification like ACCA, CIMA and CPA or a degree in accounting from a well-recognized university.

2.    Minimum 10 years  of working experience with at least 5 years of related working experience in an established manufacturing environment.

3.Strong technical accounting knowledge with good understanding of financial reporting and statutory requirements.

4. Familiar with all forms of financial reporting and possess strong management accounting skills in collecting, analyzing and presenting right costing and financial information to the Management for decision-making.

5.   Design and recommend internal control procedures for enhancement of business efficiency.

6.    Well-versed in budgeting and reporting techniques, cost & financial analysis, forecasting and strategic financial planning.

7.Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
