Finance Manager

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals
• Prepare annual operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and periodic financial projections
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and efficiency
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial data and trends

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management
• Ensure accurate, timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (in compliance with PFRS/GAAP)
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operations and growth
• Supervise bank reconciliations, financial closing processes, and internal control systems

Compliance, Tax & Regulatory

• Ensure full compliance with Philippine financial regulations, BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
• Oversee corporate tax planning, filing, and payments; coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local financial laws, standards, and regulatory changes
• Develop and enforce internal financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team; assign tasks and monitor performance
• Coordinate with department heads to align budgets and track operational spending
• Liaise with banks, auditors, government agencies, and other financial partners
• Present financial reports and updates to the leadership board and stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• Minimum 5–7 years progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Deep knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and corporate tax laws
• Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience in construction, renewable energy, or trading industries is a strong advantage

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
