Finance Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager。 in the Aljunied Central Region on a full-time basis. As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. This position holds strategic importance within our organisation, as you will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting activities, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable financial insights to support business decision-making. Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly consolidated group accounts
• Manage cash flow and banking matters.
• Ensure timely GST, tax, audit, and statutory compliance.
• Manage admin team for daily operations
• Monitor internal controls and improve financial processes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Support management with financial insights and business decisions.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

What we're looking for

• CPA qualified, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount accounting software
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
