Finance Manager

This role involves day-to-day finance, treasury and accounting activities to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day finance, treasury and accounting activities to ensure smooth financial operations
• Create financial reports and assist with audits to provide accurate financial insights
• Formulate and improve the policies and procedures to enhance business operations
• Assist in budget preparation, tracking, and variance analysis
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions on financing and banking matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, accounting standards, and regulations
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and process improvements
• Maintain proper financial documentation and perform ad hoc assignments as required

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance, with qualified HKICPA membership or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial reporting principles
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and accounting software
• Able to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with local tax laws and financial reporting requirements
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, proactive and able to work independently
